Everything went well. Steve setup an appt to come by with samples very quickly and had terrific prices. Told me promptly when the install would happen and it happened just as he said. Installers did a great job and now the basement looks awesome. Greatly pleased and highly recommend.

Steve was awesome, he came to my house with samples and made recommendations for types of carpet in different areas in my home. The installers were great, very friendly, quick, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. The price was very fair and competitive with the other quotes I had received, but the service and quality of the product was much better. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone!

This is the way to buy carpet. Steve comes to your house and shows you samples, providing on the spot all inclusive pricing. We were able to get exactly what we wanted, without having to go to multiple locations, for less than we were expecting to pay. Install crew was right on time and extremely professional.

Steve came by to provide a quote. He was on time and courteous, offering us multiple options and taking time even though it was a pretty small job. His workers were friendly, professional, fast and did a great job. Price was very reasonable. Would hire again.

They came to fix a carpet. I wasn't there, my husband was, he let them in. The thing that needed to be repaired was repaired. It turned out fine, it fixed the problem.

Steve's Flooring is great! I would recommend them for all your flooring needs. We moved here from out of state and wanted to get our floors done before moving into our new home. Steve easily worked with our schedule and we had new carpeting upstairs in less than a week after closing on our home. The wood floors were scheduled a couple of weeks later and done in half the time as some of the other quotes we received. His pricing is great as well! He was very professional and so easy to work with. His teams were very professional and cleaned up each day before leaving. If we had any issues, they were quickly handled and resolved. Great experience overall!

Good. Installers are amazing moving heavy furniture. I had asked for them to install a few screws in the hallway outside our bedrooms to make that floor quieter. They did a perfect job at that and also checked the downstairs living room without me asking and really make the house feel quieter and more solid.

Everything went very well. Steve was very responsive and was able to get to our home for an estimate within 48 hrs of me contacting him. He was very easy to work with and had the estimate completed within 30 minutes. We called him the next day to accept his bid and he actually stopped by that evening as he was in the area on another call to formalize the contract. He then contacted soon after to schedule the installation and we were pleasantly surprised when that installation could be done only a week later as the carpet was immediately available from the manufacturer. Installation crew consisted of 2 men. They were very professional, working quickly but thoroughly. I work from home and after a quick discussion agreed to save my home office for the last part of the job even though I don't think that was their original plan. They were great about moving furniture and fixing squeaks in the flooring, even going so far as to point out those they couldn't fix (squeak originating from under the wall, etc).

From the initial estimate, the owner Steve Hirschi was timely, professional and very pleasant to work with. His ideas and suggestions were appreciated and, seeing the finished work, very accurate. The date that was set for the installation was made to accommodate our needs. His workers were on time and very hard working. Their work was excellent. The finished product looks great. Finally, the cost of everything was a bonus, especially, considering the quality of the work. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely use his services again and would recommend him highly.

Steve was great. He came to my house and I got to shop at home. He was even $1000 cheaper than Nebraska Furniture Mart for the exact same product. He was very professional, friendly, helpful with ideas, and accommodating. The install went just as planned. I highly recommend Steve for any flooring needs!

In our past we had used carpet direct and felt the sales person although nice, did not make good on install problems. Fast forward to when we moved into the home we live in now. I met Steve when he came to my real estate office at our Tuesday morning meeting. I had him come out to our home to give us a.bid to install carpet in our entire home. Very professional but also personable, so much so that my dog Angus, had a ball playing with him!
The work was done as promised, and the installers he used did a good job, which is very important. Who I recommend to my clients, reflects on me. I always let my clients know that Steve will be honest and take responsibility for the entire job. Needless to say, I have always felt confident when I recommend Steve's Flooring!

We had selected Steve due to his high rating on Angie's list but we had the worst experience overall that we've ever had buying and having carpet installed. I travel every week for my job so the week we agreed upon I stayed home to work. My husband and I spent every evening moving smaller items off the floors and moving the smaller furniture that we could. His carpet installer showed up on time and started preparing everything. We have a dog and he asked if I could put the dog outside or pin the dog up. I had no way of doing either because there was a rain storm outside at the time and I do not have a kennel. I was able to find a baby gate to keep her in the kitchen on the hardwood flooring. He went outside to get something I thought but got into his truck and drove away. No communication whatsoever. I called Steve who also could not get a hold of him. When I told Steve what had happened he said he doesn't like dogs either and didn't blame him. That's not good customer service. Steve worked to find other installers and finally did for the next day. I was appreciative of them coming on such short notice but they did lay the stair designer carpet incorrectly. Steve reordered it and it took 3 more weeks to finally lay it. We received no discount on price for the horrible experience. I would not use this vendor again.

"We always strive to provide an excellent experience for our customers and I was very sorry to hear this customer had a bad experience . On the day of installation, my carpet installer arrived at the customer's house and there was a dog on the premises which began to growl at him. The installer asked the customer to move the dog from the area in order to avoid a possible attack by the dog. When he came back into the area the dog was still present and continued to growl at him. He did not feel safe and decided to leave. This carpet installer had a heightened sensitivity to the growling dog due to being attacked by a dog the previous week while installing carpet. This previous attack resulted in him requiring medical attention. He did not feel comfortable being in that situation with the risk of another dog attack. Having been attacked by a dog myself, I understand how this can be a sensitive issue. I too, felt uneasy around the dog when I met with the customer. A second installation crew came in the next day and was able to complete the job. The lead installer on the second crew commented that the dog also growled at him but continued to work. After the work was completed, the customer did not like a seam that had been placed in the carpet on the landing. The carpet was not in stock and had to be reordered from out of town. This caused a delay in getting the carpet installed in a timely manor. This was an unfortunate situation and I am sorry for the frustration the customer experienced. We will learn from this experience and provide increased communication in the future. We strive to provide an excellent experience for our customers."

Great communication and follow up on the work. Pricing was great. The install crew was professional and prompt. Showed up on time and completed work as outlined in contract. Followed up after work was completed. Did a great job of making sure that we knew what to expect in the process. Job was completed as scheduled and look great.
