Everything went very well. The guys were very thorough and worked diligently. A little quality control could be used when cleaning up and when re-attaching vent plates. Some debris was left instead of being vacuumed and some of the vent plates were not re-attached properly. All in all a very good experience.

The team showed up every morning at 9:00 to check on the progress of the carpets. They were efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. I was very pleased with their service. Stephanie and the insurance adjuster worked well together. I was very relieved.
