RICKE HOME IMPROVEMENTS

It's very fine. At first, they were very efficient but they also worked with the customer. I had a couple of things I wanted changed and there were no problems. They worked with me on it. I would recommend them definitely.

They did a superb job. From the very beginning Curt Ricke was prompt, friendly, flexible and really easy to work with. His bid was very competitive. He did much of the work himself, and when he brought in others to help with bigger pieces of the project, they were also professional. The couple of times that he was going to be late for work that day, he called and let us know. They cleaned up after themselves each day and overall at the end of the job. The job was completed EARLIER than estimated! I will certainly call on Ricke Home Improvement for our next job.

We were pretty nervous about finding a good contractor (you read about so many horror stories), so we got three bids, and honestly, Ricke Home Improvement was not the cheapest bid. We figured that you get what you pay for. We also liked the fact that this company had been doing business in the area for something like 40 years and had no complaints registered. Curt Ricke was the one who gave us the estimate and he was actually the one who did most of the work, too. He and his small crew completed the work on time and on budget. We made a couple of changes and he was more than happy to accommodate us. Curt was friendly and polite, and he listened carefully to our description of what we wanted. He made a few suggestions but didn't try to "upsell" us. All in all, we couldn't be happier. The kitchen and the bathroom turned out beautifully and was completed relatively quickly.

ALWAYS SHOWED UP, KEPT PROCESS GOING, AND ADDRESSED ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.

THEY WERE VERY CREATIVE IN THEIR WORKMANSHIP, THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE TOWARD DESIGN CHANGES AND THEY PERFORMED HIGH QUALITY WORK.
