We got the house we wanted in spite of the corporate efforts of Reece and Nichols. In one example the CFO of the local office failed to return the deposit we paid on a previous offer for in excess of 30 days. My opinion incompetent.

They only have one agent in my area. It was not the greatest experience. He was the only agent for a house that we were interested in, in a housing development and so we had some issues about him representing us. They were more for the seller than he was for me.

We have been very satisfied with Reece and Nichols Realtors. I would use them again in the future.

The young lady's name is Sarah.  The real estate agent is pretty independent.  She's currently showing us properties.  We have interacted with her in the past and we are working with her right now.  She's excellent.  She's on top of what we really like.  She works both as a buyer's and as a seller's agent so if we are buying a place she understands.  One can be a facilitator or they can actually be an agent for people.  She's really honest.  She'll let us if there's good profit and she will let us know if she thinks there's bad profit as well.  She cares about her clients.  She's awesome.

I want others to know about their experience and professionalism.  They are very responsive to the customer's needs.  He was the buyer's agent.  He didn't charge anything extra.  The fees were paid  by the seller.  I worked with Tom Gilman for the work.
