Went very smoothly.  Mark was there every step of the way.  Never too busy to show us property or answer a question.  He helped fight to get us the best price on both transactions and the repairs needed on our new home.  He was even at our closing.  I have bought 5 homes now (2 with Mark) and his help was by far the best I have received and would certainly use him again.

Mark is a fantastic realtor, and one that I'm glad I have in my corner.  He is conscientous, professional, and always had my best interests in mind.  He has great negotiation skills and was able to help me purchase a home that met our requirements the day it came on the market.  When I accepted a position with a new company one year later, he was able to sell our house within three days of listing.  Mark was timely with contracts, making sure we got everything we needed to get done in the most efficient manner.  In addition, after we bought our house, we used Mark's recommendations for contractors, handyman, painters, etc.  All were fantastic and affordable.  It seems as thought Mark has "a guy" for everything you may need when something goes wrong in your house, or you're looking to do updates.  I would highly recommend Mark to anyone seeking a great realtor.
