Randy French

Randy French was recommended to me by a lawn service. Although Randy is an individual contractor, he used a Landwork's truck to pick up payment. Landworks is an irrigation company. I hired him to replace the irrigation heads in my sprinkler system on my front lawn. The main issue is that he tore apart my back fence to fix the irrigation system (see pictures) and said he would repair the fence and the brick. I tried scheduling this repair several times with him by texting and leaving him messages. At the time when he tore down the fence, he said he had cement in his truck but when I asked him to fix the fence and brick, he said that he had to leave. When he finally returned my call after several weeks, and said that he could come over and fix the fence and that I neecded to pick up the cement supplies. He also demanded more money. I told him that from my perspective, he damaged the fence to fix the irrigation system, which I paid him for. Meanwhile, while I was out of town, my irrigation system started geysering, which caused a $500 water bill. At this point, I just want my fence fixed and the brick on the patio put back. I got an estimate from an handyman to fix it at a cost of $350. I called Landworks and they said that they were not responsible, and that Randy had not used their truck. That is not true.
