Terrible. I walked tech through yard and explained expanded services we wanted. He said he would look at and then send me an estimate. Two later get a bill for system check in the mail and no estimate. Call and they say they are willing to give me an estimate for work, but while there tech did a system check which I need to pay for. At not point did they say estimates were not free. At no point did I ask for a system check. When I call the office lady was rude, defensive, made virtually no sense at all, could not explain any of this, refused all reasonable attempts to solve - for example applying the bill to future work etc. Told me to pay bill, find another company and hung up. SHORT VERSION - Bait and switch, don't do what you ask for and bill you for things you don't.

They do flowers, shrub work, trim, planting. They do everything. They're here every Friday. I don't know the cost we're on a yearly contract. They go out of their way. They couldn't have any better service.

I felt their pricing was high, the fellow was nice enough. I will never use them again because he gave me a estimate and I was foolish enough to believe him and the bill was more. He charged $72.00 an hour and you had to pay a service call up front. The work was fine but the bidding process left a lot to be desired. I felt the price was high and the bids were not specific enough. They did a good job but when I got the bill I was shocked and felt mislead.
