The gentleman was there on time and did his work thoroughly. He checked the roof and cleaned out the pipe, but shared the main issue was in the dryer itself, which he also cleaned out. Cost was very reasonable. I have used another big name service and they charged nearly double-- which I didn't understand why the cost to be so high as person barely there 30 minutes. So very pleased with the integrity and ethic of Pure Ultraviolet. And the gentleman was also very pleasant and easy to have in the home working. I will absolutely hire again.

The installer/ technician was both knowledgeable and personable. Installation is quick and requires only one minor addition to a single duct. We are very happy with our unit and would highly recommend both this business and this product.
