They did not fine tune my sprinkler system. They replaced 9 heads and charged over $1300. The rotary heads were replaced with a different style that I am not sure works as well.

Too expensive and poor customer service in honoring work schedules.

Alex is a professional and is always on time for his appointments and he treats your work like he is working on his lawn. Great people and great service.

I have used Alex owner of pipeline sprinkler systems for over 14 years to maintain repair and add on to my system drip lines for potted plants and soaker hoses in flowerbeds and landscaping plus head replacement. All my family uses him and I have referred to numerous clients! Alex is by far the best in the business!

They need to do honest work and charge people reasonably and honestly. Paid way too much. I wouldn't want anyone to pay that kind of money for that amount of work.

True to their words; very efficient

They performed a sprinkler evaluation and felt that 13 sprinkler heads needed to be adjusted. They charged $85 for the evaluation and returned the next day to do the adjusting. It took them one hour to complete that and charged me a total of $484.00. That is very excessive and above what should be charged for one hour of labor. So, I warn anyone dealing with them that you find out exactly what they will charge before completing the job.

On phone, gave me an estimate 1,700 to add 2 zones but when he came out, the price jumped to 2,250, and he required a 10% deposit which he had not mentioned on the phone. He had my yard marked for utilities and sent email scheduling install but then did not show to do work. When I called he refused to give me an installation date, only saying it would be around the end of April. When I explained I needed to know a date, so I could arrange to be home when work was done, he was not happy. Said I was not needed, and they were just going to show up and do the work without letting me know. I asked about mowing my yard for next 3 weeks with the flags for utilities, and he said to pull them up. Asked how he would know where utilities were if I did that, and he said he was an experienced professional who would take care of the safety of his workers. When I questioned why he had the utilities marked so early (since the work has to be done within 14 calendar days of the call to DIG being made) he said it was obvious this was not going to work and I should find someone else to do my work. I asked for my deposit back, and he said he would return it to me sometime. At this point I am hoping he does return the deposit, so we do not end up in small claims court over this.
