They go above and beyond, they call and check on how things are going, either the vet or the other staff. They  are approachable, and return phone calls or questions, the same day, every time. They treat everyone like family.

They've always been professional and compassionate in all matters relating to the health of my dogs.  I will always remember the day that I had to make THAT decision for not one but two of my dogs.  It was as difficult for the staff as it was for me and even though I was still holding it together, Dr. Gib very kindly offered the services of one of his staff to drive me home.  I feel they've always gone above and beyond what is required and I've always found comfort in that.  More than that, I trust that Dr. Gib and Dr. Tate have given the available options for whatever care is needed.  I trust that.

They were able to see us right away.  The entire experience was very professional from top to bottom.  They obvioulsly put a high degree of empasis on customer service.  Very happy and will go back.

We switched to Mission Road Animal Clinic after feeling dissatisfied with our previous Vet (Tomahawk Animal Clinic). Although we were paying more, we felt the staff/vet were much more responsive and professional than the previous vet. They take all the time you need to answer questions thoroughly.

We started using Mission Road Animal Hospital for general vet services last year and we have been very happy with annual physical, immunizations, and preventative care. They are thorough and do an excellent job at personlaizing care and communicating with the owner. My dog had an emergency visit last month and they said to bring him right in and they took care of him throughout the day and called me with updates several times and then called to check on him after he came home. We were very happy with the prompt care and the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of the vet and staff.

They have been our veterinarian for a long time; we have had good experiences with them.  Both of the vets there are really good.  We’ve been seeing Dr. Benschoter for twelve years.  He has an excellent chair-side manner and he is very thorough.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.  There are 2 vets, but we only see one of them. He is also friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to teach.

We totally paid around $200 and something which included the hospital charges and the medicines. My dog is not nervous or anything like that. He?s just like old dogs, when they get in there they don?t really care too much. The only thing he cares about is, he doesn?t like the fur popping around on him. The hospital is close and they?ve always done a good job. I would recommend them to the others too. All veterinarians are high in prices, so it doesn?t matter. The doctors are good and they pretty well know their dogs and the names of the dogs as well. They are always punctual and ready for us. They are professional too. I would use their services again in the future.

Vet Care: They're fantastic, thorough, and very attentive to both my dog and to me as a worried pet owner. I've had many conversations with the vets on the phone, because they'll take the time to discuss any concerns I've ever had. They're great! Grooming: My little dog has a high-maintenance hair do...they've always done a great job of grooming my dog and have always performed any tasks I've requested (certain clipping requests, nail trimming, bootie care, etc.). They keep their facilities very clean and do a nice job of keeping the numbers of pets to be groomed in one day at a reasonably low number so things don't get overlooked. I've really been happy with their services and will continue to take my dog to them.

Good visit overall. Glad they are moving to a newly remodeled clinic in Aug/Sept, as their current facilities are a little dingy, and the lobby smells "overly used". I truly feel like Dr. Benschoter is thorough and very knowledgable. He takes a good amount of time to explain every scenario and what he's considering for the diagnosis and course of treatment. Once he received the results from her blood and urine samples, he took the time to call me (not his vet tech) and explain the results and plan of action in detail. I've only been going to their clinic for a short time with my dog, but really appreciate their kind demeanor with my pet and am glad I've found them. I also take her to their groomer...excellent!!!

Vet clinic is run very well. They actually see animals by appointment which is a lot more convenient than showing up and having to wait who knows how long to see the vet at other clinics. Appointments have always been on time. Vet spends a fair amount of time with each animal, he's not in a hurry to see the next in line. He doesn't try to pressure you to do unnecessary procedures or tests and explains all options thoroughly. He actually has asked his patients to bring in a photo of their animal and when they do, he frames the photo and hangs it in the clinic so when I take my dogs there, I can see their 'smiling' faces on the wall of the exam room! Prices are comparable for the area. Vet also refunded my money on un-used vials of flea control when I switched to a pill form instead of the liquid vial. The clinic is also now providing an identification card for each animal that has the dog's photo, name, birthday, weight, breed, color, allergies, rabies tag number, vaccinations (what they've had and when they're due), street address & web address of the clinic, name/address/phone of emergency contact, and my name & address; it's the size of a credit card so it fits easily into my wallet. Very well done. Would recommend this vet to anyone who loves their pet(s)!

Dr. Benschoter is a very pleasant and knowledgeable veterinarian. He is careful to explain treatment options, expenses, what is necessary and what isn't. The clinic is very good at scheduling "emergency" appointments, and has always gotten our cats in very quickly, whenever there was a possibility of a serious illness. Several of the receptionists seem very young, but on the whole they have conducted themselves professionally.
