We contacted Brian Koehler's office multiple times. No one in his office EVER returned our calls. While, I fully realize, he had no legal obligation to fix the multiple repairs needed, it was apparent he felt no degree of obligation for subpar construction tied to his name. We paid 18K for two new HVAC systems and associated duct work. We paid 11K to get stucco replaced and repaired due to lack of proper sealing; we have had windows resealed and dry wall replaced because windows leaked. The windows were not sealed properly. His subcontractors did a poor job and he showed no concern for their lack of attention to detail. I would NOT recommend this company.
Description of Work: The provider built our home and within five years, two new HVAC systems had to be installed because the ones he originally installed were 1/3 too small and five years older than the house. Four years after construction, there was 11K in stucco work that had to be done because the original installation was not sealed properly. We have had two windows that leaked. The builder was contacted multiple times and never returned calls.
