"Dr" Boda's response to my telling him I was no longer going to use a prescribed nasal steroid, (to which he referred as "a special antihistamine"), because I was tired of the side-effects was to launch into a ten-minute, condescending, patronizing lecture about how side-effects are "all in your mind", and how I "needed to trust my doctor, who knows what's best for me, and not pretend I feel worse than I do because I'm too lazy to take my medicine", and various other garbage of similar effect.
Citing my sinus inflammation issues, "Dr" Boda also tried to bully me into scheduling major surgery, (a Rhinoplasty), mostly because my slightly deviated septum offended HIS aesthetic sensibilities; and downplayed the complexity and possible complications of the surgery in language you'd use to soothe a two-year-old with a "boo-boo". (To make this behavior even more repulsive, an ENT specialist confirmed a Rhinoplasty wouldn't have helped anything except "Dr" Boda's delicate sensibilities, since what I have is Meniere's Disease, which is chronic inflammation of the inner ear).
"Dr" Boda is everything I despise in a medical "professional", and the walking personification of the reason why, prior to last December, I hadn't had a primary care physician in over two decades.
It's rather too bad, because every other person with whom I've interacted at this practice, (two P.A.s, a Podiatrist, a Phlebotomist, and various support personnel), was professional, respectful, helpful, and useful.
She is a great resource and a great person to have on our/your heath care team.
