Jon is now my permanent computer tech! Since making his acquaintance and experiencing the quality of his work, I would accept no one else. His professionalism and his personality make him a joy to work with.

We emailed back and forth a bit and he was able to diagnose the problem and order the part before he came to the house. He was very up front about his flat fee and approx. cost of part. He came and got my laptop and brought it back a few hours later fixed.

Had Jon come out because my computer was running very slowly and wouldn't launch Internet Explorer. I suspsected a virus but wasn't sure. Jon was quick to respond (he'll come out and pick up the computer at your work/home for free), very helpful and thorough and got rid of the virus on the first try. His guarantee is that he'll come back free within 30 days if your original issue comes back. Very impressed with him and would recommend him to anyone.qu

Did not receive receipt of payment or work that had been done, so don't have actual date they did work on computer.

When my son's lap top had additional problems they resolved that quickly without any additional charges. My son lives in Spain and had some questions and issues after returning to Spain and they continued assisting him via phone calls and emails. They completed the repairs to my earlier than scheduled. Excellent service--very knowlegeable. Cannot rate price since I have not had any similar service in the past.

Found Jon through a local ad, called him and he was there within a day. I am not computer illiterate as I work in a dot com department. I had defragged, cleared cookies, cache, history etc. all to no avail. Jon spent a little over an hour cleaning my registry and other miscellaneous internal settings, the end result was a computer which ran faster than new and Firefox worked great! Looking at my wife's Sony laptop he suggested adding 2GB of additional RAM and returned a few days later and in a few moments installed the new RAM, suggested I buy a cooling pad ($9.95) from Amazon.com and now my wife is happy - her computer zips and it's running much cooler!
