The entire experience with this company was awful... a nightmare.....  It looked like a 10-year-old stained the deck.  Owner would not come out and see the first bad job.  In the end, we ended up restaining the deck ourselves and out a few hundred dollars.  We got back about $200 back, plus the stain.  It took about 2-3 months to settle.  This company went out of business a couple months after we settled.

The work done was on a house that I am selling, so needless to say I want to do work on it that won't cost a lot, but will look good.
I found them at a home show and decided to get an estimate because they will do dry rot only & not just fix it if they are doing an exterior paint job.  I was not at home when Adam came to do his estimate but I told him I wanted to fix all dry rot, and that is what his estimate included...all dry rot, even some that I hadn't seen prior to getting the estimate.
They were the cheapest estimate by far and I spoke with Sherry on the phone to schedule and she was very nice.  She informed me they were scheduling 6 weeks out because they were very busy.  I got on the schedule and there was a miscommunication of when the work would actually take place.  They schedule you not on a specific day but a specific week, so just FYI.  I had to be resecheduled twice due to jobs taking longer than expected before they could get to me.  Luckily I have a flexable work schedule, so it wasn't that big of a deal. 
The 2 man crew arrived on time (7am) and they worked quickly finished the whole house in about 5 hours.  The work they did looks great, well worth the wait & definately worth the money!
I will keep them in mind if I need work done on my house that I am not selling.  I gave them  a "B" under punctuality due to the fact that I had to be rescheduled twice, otherwise an overall great experience.
