Tony personally overses all the work and his contractors are first rate, he doesn't do anything that isn't outstanding workmanship. I will use them for all my remodeling projects in the future. They can handle a complete remodel down to smaller jobs. Thanks again Tony you rock!!
Description of Work: I hired Handyfolds to scrape a damaged popcorn ceiling and re-blow the area, install under cabinet lighting and do tons of trim work in my kitchen including rebuilding a couple of cabinets.

+ 1 moreEverything went great! Tony returned my calls promptly and was very helpful. He made an effort up-front to understand the problems with my plumbing and electrical. He recommended a few tasks for me to determine if I could correct the problems or if I truly needed a plumber and electrician. Tony scheduled the work and was very good to adhering to dates and times. His team was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of my house. They completed the work quickly and to my satisfaction. I have used Handy folks in the past and I highly recommend them. They do very good work at very respectable prices. One of the things I like most about Tony is that he is always pointing out tasks that I can do myself to help save money. He clearly isn t out to gouge me and I consider him a trusted adviser when it comes to my house.
Description of Work: I purchased a new house that needed a number of repairs. Tony and his team repaired my laundry room by restoring the washer box, adding a dryer vent, restoring power to the 3-wire outlet and patching the wall. They re-tiled an upstairs closet and put down new shoe board. The water pressure in the house was dangerously high (120 psi) and was causing water hammer (banging pipes). To correct this they replaced my broken water main pressure regulator and installed a thermal expansion tank on my water heater. Tony did not paint any of the patched walls as I indicated that I would paint them myself. All of this work took place over a period of approximately two weeks.
