We got a new dryer, and the main thing that we wanted him to do was to vent it - we wanted it pushed back. I wasn?t really happy with the work. It was partially our fault that he didn?t get it done properly. I wasn?t home, and my husband has some vision problems. He needed a different kind of vent I think. If that was the case, he should have said something, because it did not get pushed back like I wanted it to. The job did not get done to the standard that I wanted. Our daughter had gotten a dishwasher, which needed to be installed, but it needed some plumbing done. He worked on it all day long, and they spent quite a little bit of money. When she got home, she discovered that it stuck out. She did not think it looked right. It was partially the fault of the company that had sold her the unit - they had sold her a wrong-sized dishwasher. If this is his line of work, I would have expected him to realize that. He ought to have known that it did not fit right. We went ahead and paid him. Our daughter?s work was about $247. He was a nice man and very professional, and he meant well. I do not remember having to wait on him. I would not use him in the future though.

I haven't been to see his work on this project but others that he has been involved in are good. He showed up on time.
