CLARION MORTGAGE CAPITAL

Skeet Spotser of Clarion Mortgage Capital visited me and I gave him a check for $650.00 to refinance my house. He took my check straight to HIS bank and cashed it keeping the money. My cancelled check shows his Missouri Driver's License number, his birthdate (4/21/64) and his fingerprint and his endorsement.He refused to call me back. I met with Skeet Spotser's Boss, Tim Deboest at Clarion Mortgage Capital at 10740 Nall Avenue. He said Skeet Spotser reported to him. I showed him my cancelled check, and explained the situation. I also showed him my research: Skeet is listed on Missouri's public court website as having criminal fraud charges pending and numerous lawsuits for not paying people money he owes. Tim Deboest said that he had Skeet background checked when they hired him but none of the court records showed up. Tim checked Skeet's weekly reports, no mention of my "mortgage deal" on the Clarion report. He picked up the phone to call Skeet. No answer. He checked to see if Skeet had any pending commissions that I could be repaid with - none. I asked why they hired a person with a criminal charge on his record. When I threatened to have Skeet arrested then suddenly Tim was able to reach Skeet and he admitted fraud and said he would pay me back. Then Skeet's Clarion Mortgage Capital office closed up and nobody including Tim could tell me where to find Skeet. Then Tim Deboest said that he could not help. Clarion's $President in Denver called me and denied that Skeet Spotser was ever a Clarion employee (but they knew him, had his phone number, gave him Clarion business cards with his name on them, had him submit his sales weekly reports to Clarion, paid him his commissions, and background checked him before they hired him (then said they didn't hire him). This company is a scam and I am going to report them to Obama's new mortgage scam enforcement team.
