They are excellent and we would highly recommend them. They are very honest. We took our car to another mechanic who told us it needed a lot of work. We brought it to Goodyear for a second estimate and they said not everything needed to be done like they said. They fixed the car for hundreds of dollars less at a very reasonable price.

I have been using their services for years and would not consider trusting my vehicles to anyone else.  Always professional, performing quality work at very reasonable prices.

They provided great automotive services for me. The big expense was because of changing the timing belt. They were very good. I have no basis for judging their price; I trust the integrity and the confidence of the people in management. I trust them that they would charge me a fair price. I am very pleased with everything.

Have been taking my cars to BV Goodyear for about 15 years.
Service has always been good and the quality of their work above average for general auto repair, maintenance and tires.  They always look for ways to save money without giving up quality or safety.  They also give us their best price on tires.
Sometimes I feel they are a bit pricey but I suppose we need to get used to that.

They did the 27 point inspection. I have done business with them for a long time. They have been honest. I never felt that they were bidding up the visit and coming up with things that were unnecessary. I have always felt their price was fair. They have been timely in their work. I don’t recall that I ever had them do anything twice. Both the mangers and the service staff have always been polite and helpful. I have been happy with them for a long time. I have recommend them to other people. 

I’ve been going to them for 25 years. I like their personalized service, friendliness, and quality of their work.

We were having issues with our brakes. The brakes would pulsate, like the antilock brake mechanism was engaging even though we were on dry pavement. This would create a situation where you wouldn't stop for an extra 20 feet. On several occasions, we would end up in an intersection. We have been going to Blue Valley Goodyear for about a year for regular work so we asked them if this was something they could look into. They agreed and we brought our truck in. They stated that our brakes needed to be replaced and we took them at their word. They also recommended that we perform a tuneup as well. With brand new brakes, rotors, etc. we still had the problem with the antilock system engaging. We brought it back two more times and were told that they couldn't help us. We ended up taking it to another goodyear franchise holder who looked up on their computer and identified that there was a recall on my brakes and suggested that I take it to Superior Chevy. Why BlueValley couldn't do this, why they refused to help is beyond me. I know our brakes probably needed replaced, but they didn't even address our problem. They were rude and very unhelpful. I'll never ever step foot in that joint again. To top it off, they lost the steering rod boot and the sparkplug wires would pull off of the sparkplug when we turned the stearing wheel. Never had such a bad experience. If you like rude and inconsiderate folks then you'll love these guys.
