THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY, AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. THEY LENT US A VARIETY OF EQUIPMENT TO GET EVERYTHING DRY AGAIN. THEY MADE A FAST AND GOOD EVALUATION OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WERE VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH OUR INSURANCE COMPANY. ALTHOUGH I DIDN'T GET BIDS FROM THEIR COMPETITORS, OUR INSURANCE COMPANY SAID THEY USE THEM A LOT. THEIR FOLLOW UP AND WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: WE HAD A PIPE BREAK ON OUR SECOND FLOOR WHICH FLOODED ALL THREE LEVELS OF OUR HOUSE. THEY EXTRACTED THE WATER, OPENED A CEILING AND REMOVED INSULATION, REMOVED CARPET/PAD, TESTED WALLS FOR DAMPNESS, TREATED FOR MILDEW, AND DRIED EVERYTHING OUT.
