In June 2013, I called them for an estimate to TRIM a tree; they never called me back.  I waited 3 weeks, called them back and they told me that the entire tree would need to be removed and quoted me $1,600.00.  I never agreed to have my tree cut down, I had no contract with them (verbal or written).  I told them that I would get back with them.   I never called them back, because I didn't believe that the entire tree needed to be removed.  I had two other companies look at the tree and got quotes from them for trimming the tree. 
Without my knowledge or permission, this company shows up in Aug 2013 (2 months later) and removes the entire tree, tears down my split-rail fence (and threw it in my neighbor's yard), took all of my wood and left huge holes in my yard and in the city street.
I took them to small claims court and lost the case, because (basically) the judge believed that no business would come and do that if they were not told to do so.  During the court proceedings, I stated that I did not believe it was malicious or intentional, but that I thought they may have gotton my request for an estimate mixed up with another job.  In any event, I lost the case and had to pay them for cutting down a tree that I didn't want cut down.  The judge did make them pay for the fence they torn down and threw in my neighbor's yard.
Beware to all those potential customers....record your conversation with the owner's wife (who takes the phone calls), so you can (later) prove what your conversation was really about.  NEVER, NEVER AGAIN !!

Will have him out again in late spring to do some trimming and thinning.

The experience went well overall. They were able to schedule an appointment a few days after I called. When I came home at the end of the day, I couldn’t tell that they were even there as far as the clean-up went, but the trees looked great!

Very slow to respond, had to be called back to finish the job. took over one month to take down a tree and remove the stump. Completely destroyed large parts of the lawn. I would not use this company again unless there was no other choice.
