Matt was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He first checked all components of the tub that he could without cutting into the ceiling. He pulled off some base trim, caulked and replaced the trim. If the leak persists he will come back and cut into ceiling. I really appreciated his inspection and conservative approach, as the last thing I want is a cut ceiling and all that goes with it.

We had a toilet that wouldn't flush and Jeff came out the same day that we called and had things working within 10 minutes. He said that we needed a new toilet and gave us an estimate. He said that if we had the work done within 7 days he would subtract our bill from the estimate. Very professional.

The company scheduled the work for an afternoon appointment. The service technician called before arriving, arrived on time and within the expected time window. I explained the problem (shower was hard to regulate). He determined that the shower cartridge needed to be replaced and then provided an estimate for the work including a separate estimate for replacing the bathroom vanity fixtures. We opted just to have the shower repaired. His work and workmanship were excellent plus he answered all my questions about how the shower valve worked. All in all - a job superbly completed from start to finish.

I got a list off of Angie's, one fairly close. When I called they were very polite, but did not come to my area. They recommended Mid West. When I called they were very polite, set up a time. The plumber, Ken Porter was prompt, polite, mindful of clean. Gave me a reasonable estimate and was professional in getting job done.
