We have our own personal plumber with them.

I've been using them for like fourteen years. They're very capable, very nice.

They just repaired a stool. It didn't cost me anything because they were redoing something that hadn't worked right. I had it done two or three months earlier. The part they had added didn't work well so they had to put in a different and didn't charge me. I've done business with them for like fourteen years. They do two things, really, that keep me going back to them: The quality of their work and their responsiveness. They're very good about getting me in quickly.

They were very professional and thorough.  They explained things as well.

They're the best plumbers I've ever used. They're absolutely a low cost plumber in terms of their price.

They do a very good job. They are very good. I had a problem with water getting in the basement. I had water solution for it and he said there was another thing that we need to do instead so we did it and it worked just fine. He could have just did what I said and it wouldn't have worked. His work was good. I appreciate it. When they said they are going to be there, they are.

McCann had always provided excellent service and are very good at communicating with us cost benefits of our decisions.

We know the people that work there. They know what they are doing. There are a long time company that never disappoints. Their prices are reasonable.

I found him after looking him up on Angie's List. The work was done well, when he said it was going to be, and at the price that was quoted. I had a problem with another contractor who needed to finish his job before I could have the plumbing work started. McCann Plumbing was very understanding and accommodated the schedule. There was a  problem with some of the work that he did. I called him in the evening and he sent a technician out that next morning to fix it at no charge and did it well.

Our water heater sprung a pretty big leak over the weekend.  We called McCann Plumbing first thing Monday morning and they were able to send help by mid morning.  They fixed that problem, replaced a shut off valve that was no longer working and replaced a clogged valve on a bathroom water line. Excellent work, excellent service, and very courtesy and professional.  This is the second time we have used them - the last time was about 5 years ago to fix various faucet related issues we were having.  It was because of how well they did with that job that we used them again. Definitely will call them again if the need arises.

I highly recommend them. They are excellent. I like their responsiveness. I like the way the resolve whatever the plumbing problem is and do it quickly. They are very courteous. Their price is fair. The guy who usually comes out loves cats so I tipped him with a cat toy. There aren't many plumbers you can do that with. He is a wonderful fellow and always does a good job.

The McCann crew accomplished the job in a day and also ran some new water lines. No issues have arisen since they completed the work.

McCann Plumbing & Heating was excellent. They were really fast, I needed a plumbing done today and they were able to accomplish it in one day which is pretty awesome. The price was a little bit high but when you need it done, you need it done. They did everything in 2 hours. They worked really fast and seemed to know what they were doing.

Kent and Ivan arrived during the scheduled period.  Their office called to let me know when they were on their way.  Both were very friendly and professional.  They quickly did their work and answered all my questions.  I previously had someone from Roto-Rooter over but sent them away when they told me the cost was $400 for just the shut off valve and the kitchen faucet.  I was extremely please with the work performed, the professionalism and espacially the cost.  I will call them for all my future plumbing needs.

The company was very responsive to my request, had had experience w/this type of shower, and after explaining what had to be done and why, they got the part in (special order) and voila, we were taking warm showers again!

His response & professionalism was great.  I was constantly having issues with garbage disposal getting clogged.  He showed me exactly how to unclog the drain (to help save money on service calls), for work that took less than 1 minute to complete.

The search went well given the constraints and construction of the area. He was done within 2.5 hours.

THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND HELPFUL AND CALL BEFORE A PLUMBER COMES. THE WORK IS WELL DONE, BUT ALL PLUMBING WORK IS EXPENSIVE.

THE PLUMBER ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS POLITE. HE DID AN EXCELLENT REPAIR JOB, AND CLEANED UP THE AREA AFTER HE FINISHED.
