I take pride in my work, work ethic, and reputation. I love my house, have no intention of moving again in my lifetime, and hope to pass on my business to at least one of my four sons. Beyond my education in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, I bring two decades of home repair and remodeling experience. I started a project and couldn't finish it; 1. I didn't have the right tool for the task 2. I had to leave out of state. In contrary to a previous review, Chip (Kiper Remodeling) did provided me ?based on my explanation? a ?ballpark? guess of the cost. This is not an estimate but it did help with my budget considerations. Chip was more than happy to work with me in relation to my work schedule and demands. Chip worked with my wife to ensure the project was finished to her satisfaction. I will be asking Chip to help with other projects while I?m out of state and most likely work in partnership on some projects I have scheduled in the spring. If you need a figure ask for a good guess but keep in mind it?s only a guess. If you need a job done to your saisfaction ask for Chip. Kiper Remodeling gets an A+ for work completed and an A+ for doing it with a good attitude.
