+ -1 moreAll he did was collect the rent check every month and take his 10% fee. When he did secure repair services, mysterious charges would show up on my bill with no explanation. I found out from the tenants that he was just as unresponsive with their needs and requests. He fails to respond to my requests for information and I am currently waiting on receiving June's rent proceeds almost 30 days after they were paid to him. I would never recommend securing his services as a property manager. He "manages" nothing but the money incoming into his account.
