Real Estate Service
The experience went well but not perfect. She represented us and the seller and that was not a good thing. There were times we felt we were not getting represented as well as the seller. She is very knowledgeable. She is not as on top of everything as she once was; we had used her years ago. Had we complained about anything she would have immediately responded. She is very responsive but it was not the best arrangement possible.
Note. The ratings above have changed. Since the initial review, I have done more research on realtors in Leavenworth, and found that she is in the top three in sales and listings. We also asked for advice on an offer we had to buy a vacant lot that was part of our property. She did thorough research and gave us a top notch well reasoned recommendation. We are renting our home now. When we sell it, she will be the listing realtor.
