We called another agent in her agency, Coldwell Banker Reilly and Sons, to help us view some homes listed. When the other agent couldn't meet our time requirements, she asked Erlys to substitute and show us around. We met Erlys at the CB office and were immediately ushered to a comfortable conference room to answer questions for us about the area and the overall process. Even though she wasn't our actual agent at the time, she spent all day and evening with us, shuttling us around town in 100+ degree heat. Her expertise was so in-depth and she left us feeling so at-ease in our huge transaction that we switched to her and signed immediately to make her our buyer's agent. Once we found our dream house, she worked hard to negotiate the best price for us from the seller and she helped us find a loan agency that could close quickly. From start to finish, we were able to sign our purchase agreement contracts 3 days from the time we met her - another very important factor for us since we are a military family working in a very short timeline. What a blessing to meet this wonderful woman! When the time comes to sell, we will definitely call Erlys.
