They would only work on the vehicle unmonitored by the vehicle owner. Huge space here for abuse. I can can easily make an appointment at anytime and be able to bring the vehicle their to watch it get worked on. If their not gonna allow the owner to monitor the progress of their work this allows room for abuse.
Description of Work: Motor Oil leak appears to be coming from the gasket. Inspection needed and then repairs.

 + 0 moreAs a first time customer they were very easy to get along with. It showed that they value all customers and will be flexible to keep the customer happy and coming back.
Description of Work: Had catalytic converter replaced. When i went in I had an idea that it was the catalytic converter but wasn't sure. When they figured out that it was the converter they called me first before they started any work to make sure that i wanted to replace it. After i agreed for them to go ahead and repair it they had it done in a little under an hour.
