Auto Service
I had dropped off my vehicle early in the day and was told that I would have it back by the end of the day. It was nearly the end of the day when I called back to find out how much longer it would take. They told me that it would be ready by end of day, and that they would leave the keys in the vehicle for me (since I had already prepaid). I was able to pick up my vehicle shortly after they closed and found that my battery was completely dead. The owner told me this was probably due to the fact that they left the battery on to turn the steering wheel and probably drained it. Luckily I was able to jump start it with my wife's vehicle, only to find that there were grease stains throughout the interior of my vehicle. I contacted the owner the following day who said he would clean it if I could bring it back in. Given my prior experience I chose to have my car detailed rather than risk further damage. Shortly after I had my oil changed where it was noted that both cv boots were damaged. Since I have had my vehicle serviced every 5K I found it odd that out of nowhere my cv boots were leaking, on both sides, following service to both sides. Well the joints started clicking and I decided to replace them. During the replacement I found the cv boots nearly sheared in half, which I felt was odd. Then came the extremely frustrating part. My axle nut was welded onto my half-shaft. There was no service to my vehicle since the bearing replacement so no other person to blame. I had to grind off the axle nut in order to complete the job, and needless to say I was more than angry at this point.

Auto Service
We were having trouble shifting from park on our vehicle. I contacted Rick at Advanced Automotive and discussed the problem. He told me what he thought the issue was. The part was $25.00 and he replaced it for a minimal fee.

Auto Service
Advanced Auto and Truck Repair is reasonable, they're comparable to everybody else. They're very honest and they do not charge you for repairs not made. If they said they fixed something, it's fixed and they guarantee their work. I've been using them for 16 years.

Most recently he put rear brakes on my husband's truck. We trust him and he gives us honest answers about the maintenance. He is personable as can be. We really like him.
