Great, he was on time, quick and very informative. Plus he was very pleasant. I have three kids and they are very curious and he didn't get bothered by their questions at all. I will be using him again when necessary.

I called Ted, he informed me that he could be there with in 2 hours. We talked about the problem I was having with my washer machine and he had a preliminary diagnoses over the phone. He brought the part that he thought was necessary and it was indeed the correct diagnosis. He was at my place of business less than an hour and the problem was fixed in a timely,professional and tidey manor. Would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family.
