When we called Randy a year ago, we had already paid another plumber to find the problem of one of our toilets overflowing when water drained from any place in the house - kitchen sink, washer, shower, other toilet, etc. That plumber cleared tree roots from our drain to the main. That helped for a few weeks. Then, we were back to the same problem! Randy was very prompt and courteous. He performed several tests to try to pin point the problem. Finally, he suggested that he would like to use his video tool. He apologetically cautioned that it is an expensive piece of equipment, and he would need to charge us to use it - partly because it breaks often and easily with use - $100 - as I recall it. Did we still want him to use it? After several months of frustration and expense, we gave him the go-ahead. He found tree roots from our main drain into the pipes in the house...very unusuall, apparently. He cleared out a solid wad of roots...and we have been fine for about 15 months.
