The job was all done in 1 day including excavating and then filling a 50 foot trench. Additionally Todd, the owner, responded with all necessary documentation to State Farm Insurance to get an insurance claim approved. The work was perfect and the cost was on target. I will definitely use PipeDoctorLLC in the future as the need arises.

My expectations must be too high. On their most recent visit, they dragged a toilet across my wood floors leaving a scratch only sanding will rid. Also, the hourly rate must include four cigarette breaks as I found the butts by the front door. When I reached out to have a conversation about my dissatisfaction, I was directed to email. Young guy has a lot to learn about customer service. You can do better!

Todd was incredible. He and his associate took the time to thoroughly examine the space so that he could provide an accurate estimate. The work was very professional and everything was nicely cleaned up. He was especially conscientious to not destroy drywall when cuts were made. In fact he even fixed some gas connections in my furnace closet where my water heater and fireplace needed code updates. And then once we finally had our gas stove delivered and installed his associate made a no charge visit to re-orient the gas connection behind the stove so that it would fit against the wall. I highly recommend him and would certainly not hesitate to use him again.

Todd was incredibly fast to help me and this guy knows his business! Replaced my waterline from the meter to the house in short order. He's now my go to guy! Last plumber I'll ever use.

Very impressive young entrepreneur! Conscientious, courteous, respectful, neat and tidy. Todd has a great personality and really knows his business. His work is flawless...and I can see why someone said he was an art plumber. Not only was his work functionally flawless and quick but looks lovely, well placed and he leaves no mess behind. He's been the PipeDoctor for 2 years but this man will be a plumber in demand for as long as he wishes to stay in business! Good work Todd. Bruce and I are impressed and pleased. Thank you.
