We called him first because in his information says that he gives senior discounts and we are both seniors. He came over and felt what we needed and says, "Okay, I can do it,", and sit there right on the spot and did the work for me. It was a great service. In fact there are more work that is needed in my house, I'm going to call him and see if we can work out some time. The price was low, he charged me for parts and that's it.

I've been using him for about 10 years. He really listens to what the customer wants. He does amazing work especially if you have a historical homes. He did a complete remodel for me on another house and did a great job. I've never had any problems with any of the work he has done. He stands behind his work if you ever have any concerns or questions. He has high quality sub contractors for any job he can't do.
