Mike Webb - Alenco Home Improvement

Our house was built in 1939. We really wanted to keep the window sizes the same and retain the original interior trim. We got estimates from other vendors in addition to Alenco. Alenco's estimate was competitive, did not pad the order with extras, and met our wishes in regards to trim and sizing without hassle. Installation was a breeze. Honestly, I don't know how the installer was able to everything he did in one day. He was pretty amazing (and nice as can be). Alenco had not been my first call when looking for a vendor, but ONLY because the home office is in KC. Don't let that deter you. There was absolutely no issue based on distance. They are big enough that Topeka was just fine.

It went flawlessly! Mike gave us an estimate and took the time to let us know about the company, the windows he recommended and made sure we understood the warranty. The windows arrived even earlier than promised. Then Scott and a different Mike came out to install the windows. They did an amazing job. We are so happy. When we need the rest of the windows replaced, we will absolutely call Mike Webb with Alenco again.

Mike and the entire Alenco team were great! Mike was easy to work with, professional, and got me a great price. As a new homeowner, he was patient with all of my questions. I knew nothing about windows beforehand, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of by a pushy salesperson (which was my experience with other companies).
