We have a fully staffed Service Center capable of performing repairs to any make and model vehicle. We also have a fully staffed Sales floor to assist with any questions on new or used vehicles you may have.

Services we don't offer

We only sell Kia's brand new but have many used vehicles to choose from. Our service center does not do any body work or restoration. We also are not able to perform Missouri state inspections.

I have a Kia with the airbag light illuminated. Based on internet research, I knew it was somewhat likely to be part of a large vehicle recall. When I first called, the service desk was very responsive and offered to take a look at it right away, as soon as I could bring it in. I wasn't able to come in immediately, so made an appointment for 8 am the next morning. However, they didn't look at it then, I just dropped it off. They were nice enough to give me a ride home while they had my car. They had the diagnostic finished before noon, but unfortunately, they told me it was not part of the recall and that it was a malfunctioning passenger seat sensor that would cost $600+ to fix. I declined that service but had to pay $50 for the diagnostic. I'm sure the price is reasonable compared to other car dealers, but I felt that Kia should run a complimentary diagnostic on its own vehicles, especially for a malfunction that might have been part of a recall.
All in all, everything was fine. Service, professionalism, price...all just fine, not bad and not outstanding.
