Excellent. House restored to its original splendor of 100 years ago. All work done in compliance with lead paint removal standards and restoration performed in accordance with Historic Resources Commission guidelines. Plastic was laid on the ground and every day the lead paint was cleaned up including vacuuming from the ground. House is located close to large preschool near downtown so safety of children and shoppers was respected at all times. When unexpected defects were uncovered (common with 100 year old historic homes), change orders were arranged at a very fair priced and additional restoration work promptly completed. We have seen many examples of the high quality painting and restorative work by Mr. Lacey in nearby houses. Only touch up and maintenance is needed when the initial painting/restoration is performed correctly. You don't have to repaint every 5 years if you do it right the first time.
