 + 0 moreWe've not been impressed with their service - the issues continue.
Description of Work: Our television and internet frequently cut out - we'll have several minutes of continuous sound while the picture is frozen as well as instances where the internet just quits for a few minutes. We have tried calling and doing the regular upgrades, resets, (etc) but it keeps happening.Twice we've had Knology service men in our backyard without an appointment or prior notification. Then they left a line hanging around our entire fence for months before burying it - months we later did the "call before you dig" and found our Knology lines were less than one inch deep and in some places simply laid below our weed matting!

 + -1 moreThey started out as a different company. When Knology bought them, I decided to stay. They provide a lot of services, but I only use the wireless internet. I am very satisfied with that particular service.
Description of Work: My internet provider is Knology. The last time I contacted them was for service problems. They came out promptly, but didn't have to do anything. My tree had grown into the antenna.
