Internet Service
Sometimes Knology Internet is good, sometimes it's bad. Overall it's pretty good, I guess. Connecting can be slow but often it is the weather. Customer service is great. When we had it put in to the new house in January they were going to charge us an extra $10 a month for cable even though we didn't have their cable. That was because we didn't have the package. We tried their cable but all the sports was Kansas sports which we didn't want. So we took their cable out and went with another provider. They did take that extra $10 a month off again.

They bought up our local internet service provider a year or two ago, and now they are being bought out by somebody else. My overall experience with them was good.
