Had KLM Industries install 10 windows and 2 patio doors. Prices was competitive but by far much better than some. Everything is fine with the windows and doors. The windows look nice. The service technicians were very good.

My 1994-built house had original, contractor-grade windows with wood frames, and I suspect the builder chose the lowest-cost windows possible. When I could afford it, I wanted to upgrade to to higher-efficiency vinyl windows that were easier to maintain and to clean. Gary worked with me to pick the best quality Anderson windows I could afford. During installation, there was a little glitch in the communication with a crew working for him, but Gary personally cleared it up immediately and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I would totally do business with KLM again. I've also used them for minor repairs on windows at my business before and after the installation of windows at my home.

We asked Gary Kreiser of KLM Industries to inspect all of the Andersen casement windows in our house and to correct any problems. Based on this experience, we highly recommend him. He was recommended to us by the Andersen Windows. We had made previous attempts with other companies and had been disappointed. Gary's depth of knowledge was immediately apparent. He also was able to quickly obtain the necessary parts for our 26 year old windows. Gary accommodated our schedule. First he came out to the house for an initial inspection of all of our windows. He gave us an estimate of what it would cost to solve the various problems he found. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. After we decided to go ahead with the repairs, we agreed upon a date. As scheduled, Gary and another guy showed up and went through the house window by window from the basement to the second floor. For the first time in years, all of our windows now work smoothly (we wish we had done this long ago, rather than live with the annoyance). One of the windows was clouded and hazy because of a broken seal, so that one was replaced. He was also very accommodating with our requests to be particularly careful because we were simultaneously having painting done, so we did not want any dust in the air. In addition to all of the work on Andersen windows, Gary at no charge helped correct problems with an interior door and our front door, just because he saw it could be easily done and he had the tools. In sum: we recommend Gary very highly. If you have Andersen windows, he is the go-to guy.
