Service was quick, professional and really well done.  They even informed us of some stains that were caused by furniture that they said would probably not come out.  Not only did they come out, they have stayed out for over 4 months.  Great work!

We used them because we had coupon.  We were satisfied with their service.  They did everything that they could but they didn't get out all of the past homeowners pets odor and I'm not sure if that would be possible.  I think their price was fine because I had a coupon.

I’m not going to work with him again.  I can’t remember specific details because I’m just not going to use this person again.  He wasn’t real friendly and he wasn’t real co-operative about getting some extra things done.  That’s about all I can remember.  The job turned out average I guess.  I don’t remember how much I spent on the service.  I don’t remember about his punctuality.  I will not use his services again in the future.

He called about an hour before the appt and asked if he could come early; I agreed.  He came in with his order, looked around then went over what he was going to do.  He measured everything he was gonna clean.  I got the feeling it was for my benefit more than theirs. 

He brought in his equipment, just the hose; it seemed like the the big machines stayed outside in his van, which was kind of nice as I continued to work in my office while he did his business.

As the end, he told me he'd worked a while on one particular red stain in the kids room and he couldn't do much more with it.  He said if he went over it again, it might destroy the carpet.  I knew there were some things that were just too far gone.  He cleaned up, we settled up and he was on his way in about an hour total.  Except for the carpets, you'd never know he was there.

I looked over the carpets after he'd left and every bit of them looked MUCH better!  I had thought  they were going to be a lost cause with a very active wheelchair (me), three kids, two cats and a dog.  Now they all look so much better and I feel like a got some more life out of my carpets.  This was an exceptional job and a great price.!

This is the 2nd time I've used these guys; a different worker each time.  The first time was a great job on my big, L-shaped couch (remember 3 kids, 2 cats, dog).  They do a really good job.  Their name is in my database for good!

They were very responsive. I called and they gave me a couple of choices for times to come clean my couch, starting the next day.  Service dude called on the way over and showed up on time.  He was very clean and methodical in his work - he went right to it.  I just stayed out of his way.  When he was done, he packed up and was out the door with no way to tell he was there except the clean couch.  He got out all but maybe 1 or 2 spots and got the whole thing back to the color it was when new.   The ONLY thing to say, was they were somewhat pushy about wanting a reference written/filled out right then.  Not exactly the best time to fill out something like that.  Maybe they could leave it and I could mail it in or go to their website, if they have one.  I didn't do a real great job filling it out, but that's not to say they weren't good.   I have NO problem with them and would recommend to anyone.

Company was very quick to respond, clean up went well, overall we were very happy with the work performed. We paid our deductible to the company with the agreement that the remainder of the balance owed would be paid with the settlement from our insurance. It took several months for our insurance company to settle with us on the amount of damage and what was owed and we made regular updates to Tom with where we were at and when he could expect to be paid. After a few weeks he began calling weekly, then eventually daily about when the remaining (less than $2,000) balance would be paid. He would call six different people I guess expecting to get a different answer from each person he spoke with. The constant calls eventually rose to the level of harassment, he even called from blocked numbers, I guess thinking that we were avoiding him despite the weekly updates. He demanded information about our bank, even called and harassed our insurance agent on whether or not we had been paid yet. Extremely unprofessional and downright nosy. Eventually he demanded immediate payment or threatened to file a lein. Despite our initial agreement that he would be paid when we settled with the insurance, he added late fees to our bill. The work performed was fine but his business practices leave much to be desired. If their business is going to make it or break it over $2,000 then they must have some larger problems. Tom was rude and unprofessional on the phone and will never do work for us or anyone we know ever again. Don't let him near your house unless you can drop his entire inflated payment in full, he'll probably try to add late fees too.
