Ken is great! For those that remember how service people used to care about the customer, Ken believes in doing a good job at a reasonable rate,with professionalism and respect (many do not know that word is still in the dictionary!). He always cleans up and doesn't make a big mess to begin with! Will always count on him to take care of us! When he retires, we will be at a loss for good service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Called and he came same day. We explained problem,he got right to it and was out in less than an hour that included his cleaning the entire floor and not all the dirt was from him. Very minimal was the mess from installation and cleaning drain. Very polite and professional. He has done whole house replumb on last house.

They were referred to me by somebody. I appreciated them because they didn?t do any work for me, but they were honest about telling me that my plumbing wasn?t the problem. They came out immediately after I had called them, as I thought I had a major problem. They came out because they thought they would have a huge job. They didn?t charge me at all. I will consider using them in the future.

Called plumber in the morning and was able to schedule and appointment that afternoon. Plumber arrived with tools and parts ready to complete the job. Work took approximately thirty minutes and I received a bill about four days later. Was never quoted an hourly rate, but from the time and the amount billed I would estimate a charge of about $90/hr
