Hite Collision and Repair

My daughter's bumper was damaged and Hite repaired it quickly and at a fair price. This was our second experience with Hite. The service was excellent both times, with the work was done on time and at a price lower than anyone else quoted us. Not to mention my daughter's car came back cleaner than it has ever been!

My new Honda was swiped on the passenger side and needed repair. I have not needed such service for decades so was expecting the worse. I started getting repair estimates and found out that most body shops work with the insurance company. But I got to meet a few businesses and got an idea of what they were like. I also asked people I knew and checked Angie's list. Hite's collision was courteous and explained the process with me and gave me an idea of what would have to be done. Angie's list only had a couple of references and the only negative was cost related. I also had a couple of friends who had used Hite's in the past and had no complaints.Eventually, I made it to the other guy's insurance adjuster, and they pretty much said the same thing that I had heard at Hite's. The insurance company gave me a check. I scheduled a time with Hite's, which was the very next week. They completed the work in 4 days. I had to take the car back the next week. When I picked the car up, I couldn't see any problems. But that weekend, I found an area that had some bumps (for lack of a better word) that I could only feel with my hand. I took the car back and they buffed them out right away while I waited. Their work is warranted for 1 year. They were always courteous and kept me informed. Everything was completed in the time frame they said it would. This was a brand new car with only 150 miles on it when I got swiped. I was very concerned about how it would look afterwards. I am quite satisfied with the work that has been done. The finished job was $200 over what the insurance company had paid but, as I said earlier, the insurance company and Hite's worked that part out.

I had a large ladder fall on the trunk of my car and went to Hite's for an estimate. There estimate was three times higher than all the other places in town. I have decided to go with another repair shop in the area.

They are great. I had two accidents when I have had people back into my new car. One time I was parked in my driveway and another time I was within a parking garage and both times Hite Collision Repair re-built it. They are extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful. They know what you need and they do just tremendous work. They put the car back better than new as far as I am concerned. The cost of the repair was $1500.00. It was covered by the other guy's insurance. He really did a number on my front bumper.
