Electrical Service
I reviewed four proposals from different electrical contractors and got bids ranging from $3800 to $1250. Some contractors were going to run multiple lines to several circuits in the fusebox, others wanted to just run one for the plugs and one for the HVAC. I finally found one that understood how to best utilize the setup I needed and minimize the electrical cable runs to the room. I ended up with a secondary fusebox in the attic where I could run all my service needs from. Also, he caught something I missed with phone, cable, and Internet service runs not going to the room.
He was able to complete the work in a couple of days. Gave me a great work estimate and kept to it. Having the secondary fusebox also helped me out with the service for the HVAC contractor when he completed his work. His work was clean and neat with nothing hanging out. It helped make my attic room project that much better.
