I had a great experience. They got me in on short notice for service. They took the time to call and go over in detail what they thought I needed and did not need before they started the service. They advised me that things were not as bad as I thought they might be, and gave me some options. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service, and would recommend them to anyone.

They took my callat 8:00 a.m. and assured me they could do the job the same day. Folks were friendly and professional and they finished the job in 4 hours. Randy called with the cost of the job and they called to let me know they were finished.

Before I moved to Lawrence my daughter attended KU....I desperately needed someone to trust to do work on her old Jeep Cherokee. A couple of times she had brokien down and had vehilce towed there....being I lived outside of Lawrence I could have been given a real song and dance of what it needed. Each time they gave me the basic charge and fixed the problem..very pleased and very professional clean atmposhere and you are given numerous options.
