FOL Remodeling & Construction is a fully licensed and insured residential contracting company. FOL R&C is owned and operated by Jeremiah Williams, a local to Lawrence and licensed residential contractor. Specializing in remodels, custom new builds, carpentry & woodworking, our aim is to adapt, restore and create custom spaces and furniture to appropriately meet the needs of the customer. The end result being a product that can meet the demand for functionality and the desire for aesthetic and creative beauty. Accomplishing satisfying custom work takes effort and communication on both the customer and contractor's part. Our goal is to consistently do our part in being authentic, honest and professional in our communication and work.
