I talked to David Wilson from Crown Volkswagen of Lawrence and he told me about some great deals beating all other quotes. He explained few things regarding my questions on Extended warranty offers and there’s no pressure to buy. He offered some good deals from the stock model and after getting conformation for my expected price range, I just went there. The dealership is at a great location and the staff welcoming. The car was ready washed and cleaned. David could make it happen – my expected price and I am happy with the way the negotiation went through. I was able to finance thru’ VM for a great low rate and zero down. David took time to explain all the feature and the safety things. My previous experience with buying a new car was stressful with the sales person running back and forth to the manager with different quotes. But this was really easy and I got what I wanted! We went for a road trip to St .Louis this week end and the drive was great and smooth. I have lower back pain and normally get it during couple of hours of drive but this time I don’t have any. My wife and 2 boys love the car. I am still adjusting my driving as this is my biggest car yet! I would really recommend VW Atlas if you are planning to get 3-rows full size SUV and also Crown Automobile for great price if you are around KC metro. -Raj

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Golf Sportwagen from David Wilson and had an excellent experience. David was understanding, respectful, patient and very helpful throughout the entire car buying process. I had a particularly poor experience at another Volkswagen dealership and went into Crown knowing exactly which car I wanted. I was looking for a relaxed and respectful atmosphere and was completely satisfied with the entire car-buying process. I would rate Crown Automotive a 5/5 and if I could rate David Wilson higher than 5/5, I would. Absolutely excellent.

I would definitely buy my next car from them.  I just stay there and work, they have a really nice area where you can sit and get your work done, and they always have snacks and stuff like that, so it's great, comfortable. They have a T.V., and comfy couches, they keep it really comfortable there.

The part the ordered fit great, just like it should. The work on my instrument light and oxygen sensor fixed the problems that I took it there for. For anyone looking to buy a Toyota I would suggest that company for a great parts and service place..

My son recommended Crown Volkswagen. We'd been looking for a Chevy pickup. So we went and saw the same lady my son had. They were very good. Our sales person was Laura Augustine. She was able to stick within our price range. She has a very nice personality, very open and outgoing. We went, we saw what we wanted, she showed us what they had and didn't push us at all. My husband is a certified Master Mechanic, now retired, so we knew what we were getting.
