Even though it is was the peak season of when air conditioners were breaking, they were able to get me taken care of efficiently.

The technician arrived on time, put down a protective carpet, brought in the video monitor/recorder and camera cable, and went directly to work. He completed the job in a reasonable time, described what was being shown by the video, and made a recommendation for dealing with the problem it revealed.
