Castle Overhead Garage Doors

The son and father were friendly, punctual and straight-shooters. There was no attempt at up-charging me. Quality and professionalism were excellent.

Castle installed a new garage door and opener for our home. They were prompt, the install went smoothly, and they hauled away the old door and opener. I have used Castle in the past for garage door repairs (broken springs) and they will continue to get my business. I highly recommend them.

Dennis and his helper were punctual and very efficient.  They replaced the key pad entry and located and corrected the problem with the overhead door light in a very short time.  It was a pleasure to do business with them and we will certainly call them again if we have overhead garage door problems.

Our double door was severely damaged to the point we had to leave it closed and park outside, we feared it would collapse on top of our cars. We called Castle hoping they could fix it as soon a possible. They came out the next day and were very informative about their products and approximate time for install. We picked out the doors and openers, we were given an estimate , they ordered the doors and told me that they would try to get them installed before they go on vacation in two weeks. Our doors were installed before they went on vacation. 
          These people are awesome, and we love our new doors! They are punctual, polite , performed an excellent install, hauled off the old doors, and did this before they went on vacation. Yes! we would definitely recommend this company.

My call was returned the same day, and the garage door springs were replaced the next day. The installer was personable and able to answer all my questions. He worked quickly and carefully. He was also great with my dogs!

They were fast and efficient.  They removed my old broken wooden door and
installed a new door and rails.  They connected it to my existing door
opener.  Everything works Great!

Castle doors came out to fix one of the broken springs on a double garage door. The tech gave us the option of fixing both since he was out. He explained that it was not additional labor costs to fix the second spring, just the cost of the part. He was prompt in arriving at the time he specified when I contacted him. He went over the costs and the work that he did at the end. Would definitely use again.

Came out right away and repaired torsion spring on my garage door. Was very happy with the service.

After a lightning strike, my garage door opener was fried. I called Castle Overhead Garage Doors and that same day, Dennis came out to assess the situation. He determined that it needed a new circuit board and within a few days he had the part and the garage door was functioning as it should. Quick and friendly service at a decent price.

I was referred to these folks by the only other garage door specialist in my town on Angie's List, Blaine Doors. They came within a day of my call. One spring was broken and the other, of the same age, was therefore susceptible to breaking. The lead man brought this to my attention, and it seemed reasonable to replace both, so I did. They made sure the job was done correctly and showed me a possible problem that could arise in the future. The two guys who came were very friendly. Dennis Rosebaugh, the owner of the company, has been living in Lawrence for about 40 years, as I have -- and that fact means he's no fly-by-nighter.
