Responsiveness on bid and scheduling went very well as did the roof replacement itself. Unfortunately this particular crew damaged the garage door to the point of replacement and some house siding. However Andrew and Emily were completely OUTSTANDING in getting this all taken care of and follow through. Very impressed with these two. They did such a fine job at customer service I would use them again.

Working with Alpha Roofing and Emily was really easy. The estimate was turned around very quickly, and came in under the estimate from the insurance company. They worked with us on the installation date, delaying at our request until it was a good time for us. The installation was very quick; while it was noisy as they told us, it was bearable (dogs were in the basement den with the TV on). Clean up was great. Gutters were done by a subcontractor that was less than ideal; they did not call in advance, and they did not pick up roofing nails that fell out of the gutter when they removed it (luckily I found them before the dogs' feet did). That being said, they were quick, and they did take care of a rotting soffit at a reasonable price. Alpha used an impact-resistant shingle that our insurance rep said will reduce our premium. We have also noticed (or not noticed) that we can't really hear the rain on the roof anymore.

The first call I made was about a repair, but after a couple of estimates realized needed a new roof. Alpha missed our first scheduled meeting but was still able to give me an estimate. I had some back and forth via email wasn't always responsive. The quote was good and decided to go forward. I did make one change to the quote and contract and sent it back (important for later). They told me they would call me in a few weeks to schedule. They called about 2.5 weeks later. They could fit me in on a Fri/Sat was I was I interested so I said yes. Supplies arrived on Thursday. This caused me some worry about leaving it outside. They came out Friday afternoon and completed on Saturday. The roofers worked quickly and efficiently. One word of advice is you may want to make sure you are not around, people on the roof make a lot of noise and be prepared to have a picture drop off the wall, and some other minor things from the vibration. I noticed after completed, they gave me a closed valley, but I wanted an open. They figured the mix up was although i indicated it via email and on the contract i sent in it didn't get relayed. So they offered to correct the problem or a discount. I chose the discount after determine the work necessary probably wasn't worth it. So even though they made a mistake, they made an effort to correct it. Now only time will tell how good the roof stands up, but from just looking at it, it seems good. They did a final inspection and took pictures. I am very satisfied with their work and keeping in contact.

They did a spit roof, half asphalt shingle and half metal. They made it a great experience.

The bid process was fine. A bit slow on the responsiveness, but their bid came in Substantially less than their competitors.
We had them install a new roof on an old barn and 2 flat roofs on the house.

The barn is BIG and OLD, so getting up there is no easy task and quite dangerous. During installation, we had to point out to them that the crew was putting the screws in the wrong part of the corrugated metal. They changed their tactics accordingly. We had 3 antique weather veins to be installed after the barn roof was on. They did so, but were quite crooked. When we reported this to them, they said they would send out a rep to fix them. It took a few weeks, but true to their word, they sent a 2-man crew out to make it right. It is just beautiful now!

Unfortunately, after the first big rain, we experienced some leaking in the barn. They sent a crew out to fix the areas of concerns. No issues since.

The flat roof installations seem to be holding up just fine. No issues.

The Crew was polite, clean, professional, fast, and the price was certainly right. They followed through and fixed all of the residual issues. We are very happy and would definitely work with them again.

It was raining the day it was first scheduled so they dropped off their supplies (before the rain came). the next day the roofers were there bright and early. They were finished by 4 in the afternoon and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. Dennis was helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. Very affordable for a family on a fix income.

I contacted Alpha Roofing on July 15, 2013 and left a message at the office to get a bid on re-roofing my garage. Marty called me back the same day and we had an appointment that same afternoon. Marty arrived promptly to the appointment. He measured the roof and we talked about details of color and type of shingles available to me. I chose the shingles I wanted.



Marty returned the next day with the estimate/contract. It was by far the best bid I had received and I was impressed with the thoroughness of the contract wording and the written warranty included. I signed the contract .



Alpha Roofing arrived the morning after the day agreed upon as it had rained all that day. They arrived at 10:00 a.m. and left at 5:00 p.m. The roofers worked very hard and efficiently, were courteous, and did an excellent job. They thoroughly cleaned up all debris, including roofing nails with the magnetic device they used. Marty was there for a few hours when the roofers started, came back after lunch, and returned later in the afternoon to oversee the work that was being done.



I received the bill and it matched the estimate exactly. I think it was price fairly. From start to finish, I was impressed with Marty's thoroughness from the beginning to the end of the job. The roofers themselves did an excellent job in a timely manner. I am very proud of the roof.



I would recommend Alpha Roofing LLC to anyone and would use them again myself.

It went well. They were very busy, so we had to call a few times to get them to come out. Once they came out they did a good job.

Fantastic! Called on a Monday, started work on Thursday and the job was completed by that Friday. The roof looks great and the center beam of the roof was sagging and they were able to fix it like new. The clean-up was the best part. It has been 3 months since the job and I still haven't found a roofing nail or any other roofing material on the ground. This is unlike other roofers we have used - in one case 4 years later I am still finding nails thrown down on the ground around the building. The gutters on the house were routed incorrectly in a previous installation and these guys fixed that so we won't have rotting siding again. I have already recommended these guys to my friends. Great job, great service and I am very satisfied. Next job these are the guys I will call.

It was fine. We had some miscommunication in the beginning. It took a little longer than expected, and got started a little later than expected. The roof looks great. We did have some scorched grass, damaged plants, and a fair amount of nails left on the ground. It was my first experience to have all this done. In the end we have been satisfied. Of course, we have not hit the winter months yet. All and all, it was good.

When assessing the damage, Tim took photos on his iPhone so he could show me the problem. He was able to repair the area immediately. Tim was friendly and professional and completed the work quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha Roofing again.

It took a while to connect, but once appointment set, technician (Tim) was prompt, courteous, and professional. Work was accomplished quickly.

They did a good job. They were trustworthy and did the job. They assisted in understanding the estimates. They did an excellent job and they were prompt. They delivered the service when they said they would do and completed the roof. They worked in a single day basically. They were good with price.

Ernie from Alpha Roofing was great! He came out several times to check our roof for an estimate...even had a former insurance inspector come out to see if the insurance company should take a look for a possible claim. He replied quickly to all of my questions and concerns. He was a great guy to work with. Not the typical salesman. I would highly recommend them to reroof anyones house. We have a very hi roof with lots of valleys and their guys did a fantastic job in about 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves throughout the process.

They were pretty competitive in what they were doing. I would rate them highly.
