Although I seriously hope I will never have to use All-Pro to fix a problem like I had, I will definitely use them for carpet and upholstery cleaning in my home. And it's comforting to know that they are available if I am unfortunate enough to need them for water mitigation in the future.
"Thank YOU. We were glad we could help out. Andrew, in particular, enjoyed working with you! :)"
During the next two days, they only sent one person to do this large size job. They committed to moving the furniture around to remove the water and the mold. They committed to have it done eforey my vacation and that didn't happen since they only had one person there to do the job. I had to make arrangements with family members and house sitters to come over everyday and even after I went on vacation because he was no where near completing the job before I had to leave.
After that the owner of the company told me that I had to have someone come and move and store the items in my basement for me to finish the job and the crew left. I received a bill from the company that was in xcess of $6,000. When I called concerning the charges, I was told by the owners wife that I didn't need to be concerned with the amount of the bill since it would be paid by insurance anyway. After I told her that the bill shouldn't be that high (even if insurance was paying for it), she sent me an revised invoice for $4,300. The insurance adjusted informed me to pass along the adjustor's name to the company and she will have them submit the bill and they would pay the company directly. I did this and the company is calling my telling my they are going to turn it over to collections since the bill has not been taken care of by the insurance company and that it was my fault (as if I get a benefit from them not being paid). The owner of the company called and has cursed at me on the phone and was very rude and disrespectful even after I explained that I have called the insurance company and would do so again on their behalf.
I have been disappointed due to the fact that they didn't do a good job and the job was too big for a company of their size to handle. They should have been honest up front with the time that it would take them, the initial fee that was verbally committed and the initial invoice that was submitted. I will never do business with them again and would not recommend them to friends or family based on my experience.
"Oh, my. I didn't realize you had sent in a review! Thank you so much! I'm glad you haven't "NEEDED" us - but keep us in mind for non emergency, non damage related carpet, air duct and dryer vent cleaning! Thanks!"
"Thank you for the positve review - YEARS AGO! I didn't realize we even had reviews! I'm glad you haven't "needed" us for emergency or damage related service. Keep us in mind for "regular" carpet, air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Thank you again!"
