Office staff was kind and offered to get out that afternoon. Since it didn't work in my schedule and leak was minimal, Mark came out the next day, diagnosed, ordered part, and fixed. I found Mark to be very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way I understood and didn't do any unnecessary work (there was a possible additional issue with the actual shut-off). I completely trust Action Plumbing and will call them for my next service.

We have used ACTION PLUMBING for over 15 years. We have never had an issue with any sales or service. We needed to replace an 30 year old sink and faucett. I just contacted Kevin and told him what we wanted and they ordered the sink and it was perfect. Mark the serviceman who has been at our house for many calls did an excellent job is always verifying that everything is good to go before leaving. I will call again and recommend them for any plumbing repairs or service!

I had moved the frig and undid the line, when I reattached it, it leaked so I called it in. The plumber replaced the connection. And left within 20 minutes I heard water running. I called them back, 30 minutes later plumber was back. The nut he just put in sheared off. He replaced the connection and also this time added a flexible hose. It has worked great since. From my judgement the issue on why he came back wasn't because of bad work, but a fluke in the connection. They were quick to fix the problem and it was fixed correctly. That is why I gave them an A because even when something went wrong they made it right.
